Job Overview

As a Senior Finance Manager (FP&A), you will provide strategic financial support to the business, overseeing all aspects of sales, finance, working capital, management reporting, forecasting & planning, and delivering insights that drive performance and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Finance Director to manage the full P&L, ensuring healthy margins and cost control.
• Partner with APACI leadership on management reporting key financial metrics.
• Ensure FP&A reporting deliverables are met.
• Govern working capital and free cash flow performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive financial performance and meet business objectives.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights that drive growth and profitability.
• Drive strategies to optimize revenue and minimize costs.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Ensure the balance sheet is accurately maintained and reported.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership.
• Work with the global finance team to meet reporting deadlines and support system/process improvements.

Qualifications & Experience
