Fluency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English is essential for effective communication with clients. Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience for Finance Executive, preferably in manufacturing.
• 5-8 years of experience for Senior Finance Executive with leadership skills.
• Solid understanding of accounting standards and cost accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Mandarin required for client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete accounting cycle including AR, AP, and General Ledger.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements like P&L and Cash Flow.
• Conduct rigorous cost analysis and prepare inventory reports.
• Serve as the key point of contact for auditors, tax agents, and clients.
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage customer collections.
• Assist in the implementation and optimization of ERP systems.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and undertake special projects.
