Qualifications

• Minimum 2 – 6+ years of experience in finance, property development, or audit.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations and MFRS accounting standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and capable of detailed analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial statements.
• Assist in preparation of timely reports for management and stakeholders.
• Support budgetary reporting including variance analysis.
• Conduct month-end closing activities including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Supervise subordinate staff to ensure adherence to SOPs.
