Job Summary

Responsible for all financial accounting related matters and corporate affair functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor financial reports for internal and external reference, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Monitor the company’s cash flow position.
  • Conduct ad-hoc sensitive or analytical analysis and reporting to facilitate management decision‑making.
  • Verify daily operating matters for compliance with internal control, procedures, accounting policy, and company’s internal policy.
  • Liaise with head office, financial institution, auditors, tax agent, and other statutory bodies on accounting and financial related matters.
  • Coordinate and prepare the financial budget/projection, performance target and feasibility study.
  • Maintain and advise on all corporate information and submissions to ensure compliance of statutory requirement.
  • Prepare reports for periodic meetings.
  • Assist in information research and financial analysis for any business development matters.
  • Handle day‑to‑day operational matters of the accounts department.
  • Comply with quality, safety & health and environment matters as required by the company.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
