Job Responsibilities

Handle the full set of accounts, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank reconciliations, and preparation of management reports.

Lead and oversee the Accounts Payable (AP) team, including monitoring daily operations of junior staff and providing mentoring and guidance.

Liaise with internal stakeholders such as the finance team, departmental staff, and retail staff to provide financial information and support.

Liaise with external parties including suppliers, tax agents, auditors, banks, and other service providers.

Support ad-hoc accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned by management.

What We’re Looking For

Candidate must possess at least a Degree / Advance Diploma / Diploma in Accounting / Finance.

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and full-set accounting.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Positive work attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
