Job description

Plan, organize, and supervise daily warehouse operations for smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.

Monitor receiving, picking, packing, and delivery activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Implement FIFO practices, proper labeling, and compliance with warehouse procedures.

Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks; resolve discrepancies promptly.

Supervise warehouse staff (binners, pickers, packers, material handlers) and manage manpower allocation.

Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to the team.

Coordinate with Procurement, Sales, and Logistics to ensure timely stock/material delivery.

Prepare operational reports and improvement plans for Warehouse Manager/Management.

Enforce safety rules, proper equipment handling, and housekeeping standards; maintain a hazard-free warehouse.

Requirements
