Monitor daily cash movements, ensure sufficient cash is available at all times to meet operational and financial obligations, while investing excess funds to optimize interest income and returns.

To handle cash management functions including fund transfer, placements, preparation of bank reconciliations, cash flow projection.

To handle and monitor the utilization of banking facilities and ensure timely servicing of interest payments, loan rollovers, and other facility-related obligation (eg. BA, BG, RC, LC & etc).

Ensure timely and accurate updating of accounting data and treasury records in the accounting/ERP system.

To handle foreign exchange (FX) management, including forward contracts and hedging strategies to minimize forex exposure.

Prepare daily/monthly cash flow forecasts, management reports, and support group/regulatory submissions (e.g. BNM reporting).

To prepare monthly audit schedule for accounting and audit purposes.

Ensure full compliance with group treasury policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.

To liaise with internal and external stakeholders for any banking related matters.

Any ad-hoc tasks/project assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Must possess at least a Degree in Accounting/ Financing/ Banking or any other equivalent.
• A minimum of 3 years of working experience in handling banking facilities and treasury function is recommended.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, numerical, and computer skills (Excel, Word and ERP Systems).
• Fluent verbal and written English & Malay.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Strong ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Team player, proactive, good attitude, able to work independently and efficiently.
• Good Interpersonal and Communication skills.
