Job description

Turn briefs into in-store reality: planograms, POSM, gondolas/windows, staff briefs, promoter scripts.

Run store checks & audits (photo/time-stamp), close fix-lists fast, and keep displays on spec.

Orchestrate on-ground activations: Mum & Baby/Beauty/Wellness expos, sampling, pop-ups.

Work and grow with the trade channels.

Partner with mall leasing/landlords on permits, setups, and co-marketing; support boutique revamps and GWPs.

Build tidy one-page recaps (photos of what worked, what we will scale).

Who We’re Looking For
  • 3–5 years of experience in trade or retail marketing, key account activations, mall or event marketing, travel retail, or FMCG/beauty/wellness sectors
  • Hands‑on experience in visual merchandising and planogram execution, with confidence working within store constraints, tools, and fixtures
  • Exposure to mall leasing coordination and event operations (including permits, risk assessments, and vendor management) is an added advantage
  • Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to manage checklists, timelines, vendor follow-ups, and budget tracking
  • Data‑comfortable, with working knowledge of Excel for trackers, photo documentation, and basic reporting
  • Excellent stakeholder management, able to work effectively with store managers, key account managers, designers, printers, landlords, and promoters
  • Bonus point if you are familiar with O2O (online‑to‑offline) customer journeys.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing both Offspring and Tanamera brands under the company’s FMCG portfolio.
