Responsibilities

• Optimize Supply Chain Processes by defining project scope and objectives that involve all relevant stakeholders.
• Manage projects and execute process improvement initiatives affecting functions in Operations and may span on a country or regional scale (e.g. ASEAN).
• Prepare detailed plans to track project performance and assure timely completion and achievement of deliverables.
• Ensure deployment of common solutions across divisions and businesses and implement best practices.
• Serve as the main point of contact between ZALORA and multiple entities, which includes government agencies and departments.
• Assist the manager in developing operations performance and metrics dashboard; monitor performance and improvement in key metrics.
• Assist the manager in delivering significant operational improvement and financial benefits to meet annual targets.
• Negotiate rates with inbound service providers and contractual agreements which include cost‑benefit analysis.
• Maintain and update HS codes in ZALORA’s systems based on Malaysia Customs regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience with exposure to supply chain/operations/engineering projects.
• Track record of successful project implementations is required.
• Strong data analysis skills and high proficiency in MS Excel.
• Entrepreneurial drive, strong project management experience and analytical skills.
• Highly capable of handling multiple tasks, working under pressure and meeting short deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organisational skills including attention to details and multitasking skills.
• Natural team‑player attitude and proactive skills.
