  • Verify invoices against POs and deliveries; resolve discrepancies.
  • Liaise with sales, warehouse, finance, and vendors; assist with monthly reports.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in sales administration, operations coordination, or inventory management.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, lead team and collaborate cross-functionally.
Responsibilities
  • Sales Order & Administrative Support: Process orders, quotations, and requests; maintain customer records; coordinate with sales for smooth fulfilment.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels; liaise with warehouse; prepare movement reports; initiate purchase requests.
  • Machinery Assembly Coordination: Schedule assembly; prepare documentation; ensure availability of parts; track completion.
  • Invoicing & Documentation: Oversee creation of invoices and delivery documents; ensure billing accuracy; support finance on payments.
  • Vendor Purchasing: Prepare POs; confirm pricing and lead times; track incoming shipments.
  • Vendor Invoice Processing: Verify invoices against POs and deliveries; resolve discrepancies; submit to finance.
  • Coordination & Communication: Liaise with sales, warehouse, assembly, finance, and vendors; provide status updates; assist with monthly reports.
