Senior Executive, REM Sales (Automotive Spare Parts)

Manage and execute sales activities in the replacement market for automotive products within Malaysia.

Work proactively toward achieving sales targets set by the Company.

Develop and expand the customer base through active business development and relationship management.

Coordinate with the plant on material forecasts, stock orders, and production output to ensure sufficient product availability.

Liaise with the plant for new model introductions and product development initiatives.

Attend to customer enquiries, establish rapport, and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Conduct regular visits to dealers to monitor market trends, gather customer feedback, and observe competitors’ activities.

Provide market insights and propose sales improvement strategies to Management.

Prepare and analyze sales reports to support business and performance reviews.

Ensure timely collection of payments from customers and key accounts.

Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Be prepared for reassignment or transfer to other roles or departments based on Company requirements.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the automotive or related industry.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and sales reporting tools.

Willing to travel within Malaysia.

Possess own transport and a valid driving license.
