Job description

We’re looking for a hands‑on project professional to manage assigned projects end‑to‑end, ensuring delivery meets targets for time, cost and quality. You’ll work closely with both internal and external teams to resolve technical matters, secure approvals, and maintain proper project documentation to support smooth and compliant project execution.

Responsibilities

• Execute project management activities and monitor progress of assigned projects throughout the entire project lifecycle to achieve effective time, cost, quality, environmental, safety and health management.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders involved in the projects (consultants, contractors, government officials, etc.).
• Liaise with authorities to obtain the necessary works approval.
• Coordinate with consultants to resolve all technical issues.
• Maintain proper records of the assigned projects including permits, contracts, inspections, drawings, etc.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Science, or equivalent.
• At least 2 to 5 years of experience in project/construction management/consultancy.
• Strong understanding of the entire real estate project management lifecycle from acquisition to project completion.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Open to travel as and when required by the team.
