Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute monthly marketing campaigns and promotional activities, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Coordinate and collaborate closely with the Purchasing and Marketing departments to ensure smooth campaign execution and resource alignment.
  • Manage campaign schedules, data, and deliverables with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Monitor campaign progress and proactively identify potential issues or risks.
  • Adapt and adjust campaign plans in response to evolving requirements, market conditions, or unexpected challenges.
  • Ensure all campaign materials, timelines, and executions meet agreed standards and deadlines.
  • Support post-campaign reviews, reporting, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Provide guidance and coordination support to junior team members where applicable.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–4 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a Senior Executive or equivalent role.
  • Strong organisational, coordination, and time-management skills.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented, particularly in managing campaign data and schedules.
  • Able to work effectively across departments and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders.
  • Highly adaptable with the ability to manage changes and challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with marketing tools or systems is an added advantage.
