Responsibilities

• Handle procurement and material sourcing for construction projects (landed & high‑rise).
• Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (PO), delivery schedules, and material tracking.
• Coordinate closely with site teams, engineers, QS, and project managers to ensure timely material delivery.
• Monitor material costs, inventory levels, and usage to minimize wastage and control costs.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company procedures, budgets, and project timelines.
• Resolve supply issues, shortages, or delays efficiently at site level.
• Maintain proper procurement documentation and records.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in procurement / material management within the construction industry.
• Construction background is mandatory (site exposure preferred).
• Mandarin‑speaking is required (to liaise with suppliers / vendors).
• Familiar with construction materials for landed and high‑rise projects.
• Able to work independently at site and handle multiple tasks under tight timelines.
• Good negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.
• Travel between 2 sites (Semenyih / Jalan Mayang KL)
