Functional

• Aggressively source and book new loans for the Bank
• Responsible to meet monthly targets and minimum standard of performance
• Develop and maintain strong relationship with property developers, real estate agents, lawyers and valuers
• Actively attend developer launches, road shows, property exhibitions when required
• To actively promote Mortgage products and cross selling other banking products when required
• Exhibit high professionalism and competency when selling
• Ensure Bank’s interest is protected at all times
• Comply with Bank’s policies, guidelines and regulations at all times
• To maintain and uphold service standards set by the Bank at all times

Organizational

• Adhering to department process and procedures in complying with audit, regulatory, and compliance
• Respect the HLB culture & take an active role in the communities
• Participate and display teamwork in all aspect of work, projects and assignments, Group Management Programs etc. at all times
