Job summary

A prominent asset management firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Executive for Marketing & Customer Experience. The successful candidate will handle inbound calls, assist with the on-boarding process, perform daily submissions, and provide sales support to distribution channels. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related fields, at least 1 year of experience in the unit trust industry, and good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. This role offers an opportunity to engage with clients directly and support their needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business Studies, Marketing, or any equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the unit trust industry or related fields.
  • Possessing FiMM Unit Trust license is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

  • Attend to inbound calls, walk-in investors, and online enquiries.
  • Assist in the on-boarding process.
  • Perform daily submissions and transaction bookings timely.
  • Provide sales support to sales distribution channels.
  • Follow up with clients' requests and provide solutions.
  • Assist in preparing audit confirmation reports.
  • Handle ad hoc projects assigned by management.
