Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation, deployment, testing and sampling of projects.
• Independently operate and troubleshoot testing equipment.
• Ensure project preparation is complete before fieldwork.

• Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs.
• Complete and submit all paperwork in a timely manner.

Job description

Responsibilities

• A) Assist in preparation, deployment, testing/stack sampling, breakdown, and demobilization of projects and source testing equipment.
• B) Independently and effectively assemble, operate, and troubleshoot source testing equipment.
• C) Ensure project preparation is complete before going into the field; this includes glassware preparation, cleaning procedures, repair, calibration, and fabrication.
• D) Practice safety methods and procedures, and report all potential dangers, hazards, or unsafe work practices to supervisor.
• E) Provide feedback to management regarding any customer needs or concerns.
• F) Complete and submit all paperwork, forms, and timesheets in a timely manner.
• G) Ensure the company policies, standards, and procedures are adhered to.
• H) Assist with laboratory functions, equipment maintenance, and service vehicle maintenance.
• I) Full comprehensive of Work Instruction and referenced methods. Maintain and properly use instruments. Keep instrument maintenance, data, and standards notebooks up to date. Keep instrument information and data properly filed. Method development. They are responsible for the production of the data using approved analytical methods. Establishment of quality control procedures Implementation of the quality assurance program. It is also a responsibility of the analysts to carry out all the quality control procedures and to pay strict attention to the control limits that are defined by the methods. A thorough understanding of the Quality program is a requirement for its overall success. The largest impact upon the quality of the data clearly rests with the individuals that generate it.
• J) Responsibilities and required training of the technical staff are dependent upon position in the lab. Clean and maintain all lab-ware used. Work with superiors to achieve branch goals and improve overall branch quality.
