Qualifications

Senior Executive Legal, Legal & Company Secretarial Department

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and / or drafting legal documents / contracts for eg. Sub-Lease Agreement, Tenancy Agreement, Novation Agreement, Settlement Agreement, Procurement Contracts, Sales Agreement, etc
• Provide first level legal advice to protect PTP’s business interest
• Managing litigation matter by monitoring and liaising with external counsel
• Providing legal support to business on various legal matter

Qualifications

• LLB/CLP or equivalent qualification to practice law in Malaysia
• Preferably called to the Malaysian Bar
• Minimum 6 years working experience ideally mixed of top tier law firm and in house experience with a MNC/GLC/PLC
• Possess good knowledge in contract, corporate and conveyancing matters
• Fair experience in litigation is an advantage but not compulsory
• Effective report-writing and presentation skill
