We are looking for an experienced IT Audit Lead to join our team and help ensure the effectiveness of our IT controls across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform risk‑based IT audits across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, cloud, and IT governance.
• Assess IT controls and suggest improvements for security and operational effectiveness.
• Ensure audits follow Group Internal Audit Charter, SOPs, and IPPF standards.
• Define audit scope, approach, and timelines.
• Conduct fieldwork, review evidence, analyse risks, and develop findings.
• Coach team members to maintain high audit quality.
• Draft clear and concise audit findings and recommendations.
• Lead discussions with stakeholders during entry, fieldwork, and exit meetings.
• Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor on IT governance and risk.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to team members.
• Promote a high‑performing team culture.
• Support projects or assignments from Head of Unit/Division.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT auditing, assurance, or related fields, with hands‑on exposure to risk‑based audits covering infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, cloud, or IT governance.
