Job summary

A leading hospitality and wellness company in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Executive in Information Technology. This role involves providing Tier 1–3 technical support, supporting system administration activities, and assisting with software management. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in IT or a related field, strong problem-solving skills, and experience in IT Service Management. Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM).
  • Experience with incident escalation.
  • Experience with application deployment or software support (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1–3 technical support for hardware, software, network, and application issues.
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts for escalated or complex incidents.
  • Support server, network, and system administration activities.
  • Ensure system uptime, security, and performance.
  • Assist with software/application rollouts, upgrades, and integration.
  • Work closely with vendors for system maintenance and problem resolution.
  • Document IT procedures, technical workflows, and system configurations.
  • Mentor and guide junior IT staff.
  • Participate in IT projects and continuous system improvements.

Skills

Knowledge of Windows/Linux servers
Strong understanding of networks and Active Directory
Familiarity with cloud platforms
Strong problem-solving skills

Education

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support (Tier 1–3)
