Job summary

A leading healthcare institution in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Executive Human Resources to drive key initiatives in Learning & Development and Employee Engagement. This role requires overseeing training programs, managing HRDC grants, and supporting organizational development and culture-building activities. Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and have a minimum of 5 years of HR experience, ideally within the healthcare industry.
