Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and offboarding
  • Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, HR policies, and company procedures
  • Support performance appraisal processes and talent development initiatives
  • Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a senior or supervisory role
