Your role

You will be supporting the team in implementing and improving initiatives in the areas of talent management, talent development, performance management, and employee engagement. Besides dealing with the challenges that come along with this portfolio, you will also experience and contribute to our dynamic work culture. Your responsibilities will require you to communicate with various stakeholders from both internally within the Company or group of companies and externally with our business partners.

The person we are looking for

Background: Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or its equivalent from a recognized institution of higher learning.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of working experience in HR, in manufacturing environment.

Have experience in supporting Organisational Development related initiatives.

Familiar with the Employment Act, IR Act and current market practices.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • OD knowledge & exposure (PM & TM) – Supports end-to-end performance and talent management processes, including reviews, calibration, talent and succession planning, and development tracking.
  • Execution & task management – Manages multiple priorities, meets deadlines, and delivers with minimal supervision.
  • Process & detail orientation – Ensures accurate documentation, data tracking, and compliance with HR frameworks and policies.
  • Data & analytical skills – Manages performance and talent data, performs basic analysis, and produces clear reports and insights.
  • Stakeholder communication – Communicates clearly and professionally to support managers and employees.
  • Digital & reporting skills – Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
