Job Title: Senior Human Resource Executive

Workbase: Melaka

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full spectrum of recruitment activities, including manpower planning, and onboarding.
  • Prepare, maintain, and ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of HR documentation, and employee records.
  • Plan, coordinate, and support employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and HR-related programs.
  • Ensure all HR operations and practices are in full compliance with company policies, employment legislation, and statutory requirements.
  • Act as a key point of contact for employee relations matters, providing timely, practical, and professional HR advisory support to employees and line managers.
  • Support HR reporting, internal audits, and the continuous improvement of HR processes, systems, and controls.
  • Participate in HR projects and perform other HR-related duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing set-up.
  • Knowledgeable of local labor legislation, statutory requirements, and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Has exposure to networking with external stakeholders such as government agencies, statutory bodies, training providers, recruiters, and HR service vendors.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of integrity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
