  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification is an added advantage).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Discreet and professional in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
  • Previous experience in administrative roles or office management will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Management
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and hiring.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding to ensure smooth and compliant transitions.
  • Manage performance appraisal cycles and support continuous performance improvement initiatives.
Employee Development & Relations
  • Plan, execute, and monitor training, learning, and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Address employee concerns and facilitate fair and timely conflict resolution.
Compensation, Benefits & Compliance
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and statutory contributions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal HR policies.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and audit‑ready reports.
HR Strategy & Operations
  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and best practices.
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to support data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Foreign Worker Management
  • Preferred: Strong knowledge of ESD processes, including work permit applications and renewals via the FWCMS system, as well as compliance requirements. Experience in handling government‑related matters will be an added advantage.
