Job summary

A leading property development company in Shah Alam is looking for a Financial Accuracy Champion. This role involves ensuring accurate accounts payable processing, managing meticulous records, and overseeing transaction monitoring and General Ledger management. Candidates should have a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field along with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with reconciliations are essential. The company is expanding its property portfolio in the KLCC area and seeks qualified individuals to join their team.

Job description

Financial Accuracy Champion: Ensure smooth and accurate accounts payable processing, employee reimbursements, petty cash, and advance payments by verifying supporting documents and entries.

Record-Keeping: Maintain meticulous records of all payments, inter-company accounts, and creditors, including regular reconciliation for seamless financial tracking.

Transaction: Monitor bank transactions (receivables & payables) to guarantee accurate posting and ensure collections are recorded effectively through regular reconciliations.

General Ledger: Manage the General Ledger, fixed assets, and related transactions with expertise.

Full Set Account : Oversee monthly closing procedures and ensure timely submission of reports.

Cash Flow: Contribute to cash flow monitoring and assist in budget preparation.

Reporting: Prepare insightful daily and weekly reports to keep stakeholders informed.

Team Player: Be prepared to tackle additional tasks assigned by your supervisor.

Conso Experience would be priority.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Banking.

Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office suite (Outlook/email, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential.
