Job description

Financial Accuracy Champion

Ensure smooth and accurate accounts payable processing, employee reimbursements, petty cash, and advance payments by verifying supporting documents and entries.

Record-Keeping

Maintain meticulous records of all payments, inter-company accounts, and creditors, including regular reconciliation for seamless financial tracking.

Transaction

Monitor bank transactions (receivables & payables) to guarantee accurate posting and ensure collections are recorded effectively through regular reconciliations.

General Ledger

Manage the General Ledger, fixed assets, and related transactions with expertise.

Full Set Account

Oversee monthly closing procedures and ensure timely submission of reports.

Cash Flow

Contribute to cash flow monitoring and assist in budget preparation.

Reporting

Prepare insightful daily and weekly reports to keep stakeholders informed.

Team Player

Be prepared to tackle additional tasks assigned by your supervisor.

Conso Experience would be priority.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualification
