A major financial service provider in Malaysia is looking for a Financial Accuracy Champion to ensure accurate accounts payable processing, perform meticulous record-keeping, and oversee cash flow monitoring. The ideal candidate should hold a relevant diploma or degree and have a minimum of 3 years experience. Proficiency in MS Office Suite is essential for this role, which requires strong attention to detail and effective communication skills. Ensure smooth and accurate accounts payable processing, employee reimbursements, petty cash, and advance payments by verifying supporting documents and entries.
Maintain meticulous records of all payments, inter-company accounts, and creditors, including regular reconciliation for seamless financial tracking.
Monitor bank transactions (receivables & payables) to guarantee accurate posting and ensure collections are recorded effectively through regular reconciliations.
Manage the General Ledger, fixed assets, and related transactions with expertise.
Oversee monthly closing procedures and ensure timely submission of reports.
Contribute to cash flow monitoring and assist in budget preparation.
Prepare insightful daily and weekly reports to keep stakeholders informed.
Be prepared to tackle additional tasks assigned by your supervisor.
Conso Experience would be priority.
Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Banking.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Outlook/email, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential.
