Job summary

A diversified investment group is seeking a Senior Executive to oversee accounting operations and support financial analysis. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 3 years of experience in the property sector. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements and liaising with auditors. Strong knowledge of MFRS and experience with ACCPAC/Sage 300 preferred. Join Amcorp Properties Group, a diversified investment group with operations across property development/investment, renewable energy and overseas real estate, as our Senior Executive. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated team member.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial standards.

Prepare financial statements, management reports and cash flow forecasts.

Support budgeting, financial analysis and cost control initiatives across development and investment projects.

Liaise with auditors and tax agents.

Assist management in strategic decision-making through detailed financial insights.

Requirements

Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline; ACCA/ICAEW/MICPA qualification is preferred.

Minimum 3 years of exposure in property sector.

Proven experience in budgeting, project accounting, financial reporting and taxation within multi-entity groups.

Strong working knowledge of MFRS and financial reporting standards.

Hands-on experience with ACCPAC / Sage 300 accounting system is an added advantage.

Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Analytical, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure and tight timelines
