About the role

Eadeco Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Finance to join our growing team. This full-time position is based in Chemor, Perak, and will play a vital role in our Financial Accounting & Reporting department. As a Senior Executive Finance, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and support to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of our organisation.

What you’ll be doing

• Preparing and analysing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations
• Assisting with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports to support decision-making
• Providing financial advice and recommendations to senior management on strategic initiatives and business performance
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost‑saving measures
• Supervising and mentoring junior members of the finance team
• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial accounting and reporting

What we’re looking for

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior finance or accounting role, preferably in the Accounting industry
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, reporting standards, and regulatory requirements
• Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiency
• Thorough understanding of financial management systems and technology
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is highly desirable
