Job summary

  • Hands-on experience in Training Needs Analysis (TNA), training evaluation, and learning effectiveness measurement.
  • Experience in managing HRD Corp (E-TRiS) claims, grants, and compliance requirements is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting dashboards).
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage data accurately and systematically.
