Qualifications

Job description

Address clients’ enquiries and manage dealing-related matters, work closely with other departments to support clients and participate in various projects to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily dealing tasks and address any trading related issues including account opening and withdrawal, shares pickup, shares transfer, force liquidation, etc.
• Attend overseas markets such as Hong Kong, US and others.
• Monitor clients’ portfolios to ensure that margin requirements are being met.
• Perform force liquidation for clients' positions when risk levels are breached or margin calls are not met.
• Work with other departments to provide support and resolve clients’ enquiries.
• Involve in enhancement projects and related testing.
• Ensure all policies and procedures are reviewed, updated, and aligned with the latest regulatory amendments and rule revisions.

Job requirements

• Candidates should possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• CMSRL license holder for module 6 & 7, and/or module 14 & 16 are preferred.
• Willingness to work on rotational shifts, including nights/weekends/public holidays, with shift allowances.
• Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Quickly adapt to market changes, new regulations, or platform updates and explain them to clients in simple terms.

The main role is to perform trading, execution and dealing activities for high‑net‑worth (HNW) clients, as well as to advise the team on market strategies and portfolio management.
