Prepare recommendations for contractor award procurement.
Review and verify tender documents, including quantity take-offs.
Conduct cost analysis for contractors’ variation orders.
Evaluate quotations and prepare cost comparison reports.
Project & Cost Management
Prepare interim certificates for contractor payments.
Liaise with QS/Consultants in reviewing and finalizing project accounts.
Verify and process consultants’ fee claims.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all contracts and documentation comply with company policies and procedures.
Handle procurement of materials.
Coordinate material delivery schedules between contractors and suppliers.
Process supplier payments.
Team Support & Other Duties
Assist the project team in all QS-related tasks.
Carry out any other duties as assigned by the superior and/or management.
Requirements:
Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
2–6 years of relevant experience in contract administration, preferably in property development
Strong knowledge of QS, contracts and cost control.
Analytical, detail-oriented and well-organized with the ability to manage timelines.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Team player with a problem-solving mindset.
High integrity with a strong sense of compliance.
