Job Summary
Leads the development, operation, and continuous improvement of the Enforcement Case Management System (ECMS) under the Enforcement Technology Development Department (ETDD). Responsible for ensuring that the ECMS platform meets operational needs for case tracking, statement taking, IP generation, and cross-divisional data visibility. Acts as the primary point of contact for system users and coordinates closely with technical teams, IOs, and enforcement sector to ensure platform reliability and usability.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, enhancement, and maintenance of the ECMS platform to support end-to-end enforcement case processes.
- Coordinate system modules including statement recording, investigation paper (IP) generation, and case progress tracking.
- Work closely with the Functional Director and HOD to align ECMS features with operational strategies and compliance standards.
- Translate user feedback into technical requirements and liaise with developers to implement system improvements.
- Manage user onboarding, training, and technical support to ensure proper system adoption across enforcement units.
- Monitor system usage, performance, and data quality, providing regular updates to senior officers.
- Collaborate with dashboard teams to ensure ECMS data is reflected accurately in enforcement-level visual reporting.
- Ensure system integrity, access control, and data protection within the ECMS environment.
- Support testing, rollout, and documentation processes for new ECMS modules or features.
- Prepare operational reports, user feedback summaries, and improvement proposals for the Functional Director and Head of Department.
Qualification & Work Experience
- Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Minimum 3 years working experience in regulatory and/or information and cyber security domain.
- Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision and possess good writing and communications skills in English and BM.
- Self-initiated programmes to improve departmental operational efficiency.
