A leading eCommerce company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced eCommerce Executive to manage brand stores on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. The role involves driving online sales performance, coordinating with the supply chain, and analyzing KPIs. Manage official brand stores on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop
Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, bundles, and stock availability
Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure timely replenishment and minimise out-of-stock issues
Execute platform campaigns (Payday, 9.9, 11.11, 12.12, Brand Days)
Set up vouchers, flash sales, bundles, and platform subsidies
Support TikTok Live, affiliate, and KOL-driven sales activities
Drive online sales performance to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Identify new sales opportunities, bundles, and promotions to increase GMV and conversion
Work closely with Sales / Trade team to align pricing, promotions, and sales strategies
Support new product launches, hero SKUs, routines, and gift sets

Track and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (GMV, orders, conversion rate, AOV)
Prepare sales and e-commerce performance reports with actionable insights
Monitor customer reviews and feedback to improve conversion and customer experience
Work closely with Marketing on creatives, content, and promotional plans
Liaise with platform account managers for campaign opportunities and support
Ensure product content and claims comply with regulatory guidelines
Minimum 2–4 years experience in E-Commerce, Online Sales, or Digital Sales
Hands-on experience managing Shopee / Lazada / TikTok Shop
Experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or FMCG is an added advantage
Strong understanding of marketplace mechanics, promotions, and campaigns
Commercial mindset with strong analytical skills (Excel / Google Sheets)
Sales-driven, proactive, and result-oriented
Strong communication and coordination skills
Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
