Job description
Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
  • Implement effective inventory control measures to prevent discrepancies, shortages, or overstocking.
  • Oversee the end-to-end order fulfilment process (picking, packing, and shipping).
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely dispatch of goods.
  • Optimize operational procedures to consistently meet delivery deadlines.
  • Design and maintain an efficient warehouse layout.
  • Establish systematic storage and retrieval methods.
  • Continuously monitor workflows to reduce inefficiencies and eliminate bottlenecks.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Utilize warehouse technologies and systems to enhance efficiency.
  • Train and support team members in using order processing and inventory management tools.
  • Set and enforce quality standards for incoming and outgoing items.
  • Implement inspection procedures to quickly identify and address defects or quality issues.
  • Conduct training sessions to improve skills, productivity, and teamwork of operations staff
  • Ensure security guidelines and conduct regular safety training and respond promptly to any incidents.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouse operations.
  • Analyze performance data and implement corrective actions where needed.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to resolve order-related issues.
  • Ensure accuracy in order picking and on-time deliveries to maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
  • Ability to work weekend shifts and willingness to do overtime when required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry; familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
