Edaran Otomobil Nasional Berhad (EON), a wholly-owned subsidiary of DRB-HICOM Berhad, was established in 1984 and focuses on automotive distribution and retail. As part of the Automotive Distribution network, EON manages renowned brands such as Proton, Mitsubishi, Audi, Volkswagen, Smart and E.Mas. The company also handles commercial vehicles like ISUZU, provides commercial leasing through AVIS, and offers automotive supply chain and logistics services via DHAS. EON continues to be a leader in Malaysia's automotive industry.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive – Digital Projects located in Shah Alam. The role involves planning, executing, and managing digital projects to support the organization's strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, monitoring project progress, analyzing project performance, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions and also identify opportunities for digital transformation in alignment with the organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end digital projects across the organisation, ensuring strategic alignment with EON and DRB-HICOM objectives, timely delivery, and measurable business impact.
• Oversee cross-functional teams, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to executives and project leads, while fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders by developing business cases, executive presentations, and progress updates to ensure alignment, support, and accountability.
• Drive project governance, risk management, and compliance, anticipating potential issues, implementing mitigation strategies, and maintaining thorough documentation for audits and reporting.
• Lead change management and adoption efforts to ensure smooth implementation of digital initiatives and platforms across departments.
• Monitor project performance and KPIs, tracking ROI, efficiency, and user adoption, and providing data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement.
• Benchmark against industry best practices, identifying opportunities for innovation and recommending solutions that improve processes, tools, and overall digital maturity.
