Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute full-funnel paid media strategies across Meta, Google, and TikTok, managing significant budgets to optimize for ROAS, CPA, and overall revenue growth.
  • Lead digital campaign planning across all markets; collaborate with creative teams to define angles, "hooks," and audience insights for contents.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on customer behavior and attribution models to refine marketing spend and strategy.
  • Drive SEO initiatives and guide content direction for organic traffic growth.
  • Implement testing frameworks for creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance.
  • Supervise and mentor junior executives and foster high-performance culture.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in digital/performance marketing (FMCG or beauty industry preferred).
  • Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and marketplace advertising (Shopee/Lazada).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and ad platforms into actionable business strategies.
  • Familiarity with AI marketing tools for content optimization and workflow automation.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing frameworks and the ability to manage multiple brands across diverse markets.
  • Strong copywriting instincts and ability to guide creative teams.
