Senior Executive, Digital Document & Reporting

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Executive, Digital Document & Reporting to join our team at ELK-DESA CAPITAL SDN BHD. This full‑time position is based in Klang, Selangor and will play a crucial role in managing our digital document and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform data integrity checks, identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy of data.
  • Extract raw data and prepare accurate and timely reports for management and relevant departments.
  • Monitor daily data and reporting activities to ensure timely completion.
  • Work with internal departments to clarify data requirements and resolve reporting issues.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. Hire Purchase Act 1967) and company policies.
  • Identify and propose system or process improvements to enhance efficiency and data reliability.
  • Execute ad hoc tasks assigned by the Unit Head.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data operations, reporting, or data analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or related discipline (preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel for reporting and analysis.
  • Good communication skills to explain data findings to internal stakeholders.
  • Knowledge or exposure to hire purchase operations and processes is an advantage.
