Responsibilities

• Maintain customer focus and respond to inquiries.
• Ensure compliance of bookings and cargo planning.
• Handle Air/Sea outbound LCL/FCL nominations.
• Liaise with carriers for accurate shipment data.
• Establish productive working relationships.
• Coordinate transportation and trucking arrangements.
• Follow up on incoming shipments to ensure flow.
• Prepare and handle shipping documents.

Responsibility

• Maintaining customer's focus at all times and answering to customers enquiries using the standard guidelines
• Ensure booking and cargo planning of shipments are in compliance to customers & followed process
• Able to handle Air/Sea outbound LCL/FCL Nomination shipments (Import & Export)
• Liaise with carriers to ensure accurate data on shipments & timely submission of SI to carriers
• Able to establish a productive & effective working relationship with internal & external customers
• Support and work closely with fellow team members to ensure the smooth flow and timely executive of our customers' supply chain
• Arranging and coordinating for transportation / trucking/haulage
• Follow up with agent and consignee for the incoming shipment and ensure shipment moving smoothly
• Handling and preparation of shipping documents.
