The opportunity

Direct Lending is on the lookout for a Senior Executive, Credit Analyst/Evaluation (SME/personal financing) to join our expanding credit team. You’ll manage credit risk for our Syariah Compliant Digital Auto Service Financing, Vehicle Takaful, Micro Financing and SME Financing portfolio. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, and help shape how credit is done in the digital space.

What will you be doing?

Perform credit assessments on auto service, vehicle takaful, cash financing and SME financing applications

Engage with customers for follow‑ups and clarifications

Continuously identify challenges and opportunities and suggest solutions to grow and improve the business

Collaborate with data science, product, and business teams to optimize user experience and portfolio credit health

Be part of a team that makes the final credit decision—real impact, real ownership

Require to work one (1) weekend per month with replacement leave given

Are you the one?

Minimum 2 years experience in credit assessment for personal financing, easy payment scheme, product financing or SME financing

Business‑minded with good analytical skills

Highly organised, attention to detail, persistent. Able to work well under pressure.

Team player with good communication skills

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
