Senior Executive, Corporate and Insurance
- Identify, engage, and secure new corporate clients for DSH2 through strategic outreach and B2B engagement.
- Plan and execute corporate health events (e.g., health screening, wellness days, medical talks, and roadshows) to generate qualified leads.
- Develop tailored health screening packages and quotations in response to corporate requests.
- Conduct courtesy and business visits to companies to present DSH2’s service offerings and establish long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with HR and Corporate Wellness divisions of partner companies to encourage employee health check-ups at DSH2.
- Monitor and evaluate ROI for each partnership or event and ensure achievement of revenue targets.
- Develop annual and quarterly corporate sales activation plans to increase participation in health screening and specialist consultations.
- Implement structured follow-up mechanisms for leads from events, inquiries, and campaigns to ensure conversion.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team to support B2B promotional materials, brochures, and online engagement initiatives.
- Work closely with hospital specialists to align offerings for corporate medical talks, workplace health programs, and CSR collaborations.
C. Insurance & GP Engagement
- Oversee and support the Insurance and GP segment, ensuring continuous engagement and relationship management.
- Organize familiarization visits (FAM visits) for insurance agencies and GP partners to strengthen referral networks.
- Conduct GP webinars, briefings, and engagement sessions to promote DSH2’s services and updates.
- Ensure smooth communication and relationship maintenance between hospital departments and insurance partners for operational efficiency.
- Supervise and guide team members under Corporate, Insurance & GP portfolios, providing coaching and direction.
- Monitor team performance and ensure timely reporting of leads, conversion rates, and revenue achievements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Clinical, and Operation teams to support business development goals.
- Report monthly performance updates, market insights, and potential partnership pipelines to the Head of Business Growth & Marketing.
