Job Overview:

We’re looking for aSenior Content Executivewho’s equal parts storyteller, digital native, and project manager. In this role, you’ll help shapeAirAsia MOVE’s voice across video and social content, working closely with creators, agencies, and internal teams to deliver bold, on-brand narratives that drive engagement.

You’ll lead and execute content scripting, shaping stories, coordinate with KOLs and creators, and manage day-to-day execution of content projects from idea to post. If you’ve got an eye for trends and know how to turn a creative brief into a punchy, scroll-stopping story, this role is for you. Bonus if you can do light edits or jump into CapCut when needed.

Responsibilities:

Content Development & Scripting

  • Own scriptwriting for social-first videos (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts), KOL collabs, brand campaigns, and internal storytelling.
  • Develop content angles, formats, and concepts that align with MOVE’s challenger tone and travel-first audience.
  • Support in writing short-form copy (e.g., captions, taglines, intros) to complement video content.

KOL & Creator Management

  • Source, brief, and manage KOLs and content creators across regions—ensuring deliverables are aligned with brand standards.
  • Review creator content and provide constructive feedback for revisions when necessary.
  • Coordinate approvals, timelines, and post-campaign reporting.

Production Coordination

  • Work closely with the creative team and external agencies to bring content ideas to life—ensuring timelines, tone, and messaging stay on track.
  • Assist on shoots when needed (e.g., interview questions, scene direction, basic shot planning).
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders across product, CRM, and performance teams to align messaging and asset delivery.

Basic Video Editing (Bonus)

  • Edit short-form content for TikTok, Reels, and other platforms as needed (e.g. text overlays, trims, music syncing).
  • Assist in repurposing creator content for various formats and channels.
  • Maintain organised file structures for video and asset libraries.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media—ideally in travel, tech, or youth-focused brands.
  • Strong scriptwriting and storytelling abilities for short-form and video-first formats.
  • Experience working with creators, KOLs, or production partners across Southeast Asia.
  • Familiar with current social trends, platforms, and audience behaviors.
  • Highly organised with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Bonus: Basic video editing or comfort using tools like CapCut, Canva Video, or Adobe Suite.
