A public-listed company in Malaysia is looking for a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager in Company Secretarial. Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Company Secretarial

Join EP Manufacturing Berhad is a public-listed company on Bursa Malaysia with established businesses in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. As part of our Group Corporate Officer, this role offers hands‑on exposure to listed‑company matters and a clear pathway for career advancement.

The position is well‑suited for company secretarial professionals who are looking to grow into a managerial of Head of Department role in the future.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in statutory compliance and filings in accordance with the Companies Act 2016 and Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements.

Prepare and coordinate Board, Committee and shareholders' meetings, including agendas, papers, minutes and resolutions.

Maintain statutory registers, records and corporate documents for the Group.

Liaise with regulators, external auditors and appointed company secretarial firms.

Work closely with senior management and gain exposure to Board-level processes.

Undertake any other responsibilities or duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Corporate Administration, Law, Accounting or related disciplines.

MAICSA / ICSA student or finalist; Company Secretary license is an added advantage.

Minimum 3-6 years of relevant company secretarial experience, preferably with a listed company or corporate secretarial firm.

Working knowledge of Companies Act 2016 and Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements.

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Chinese proficiency is an advantage to liaise with Mandarin‑speaking stakeholders.

Detail‑oriented, responsible and able to work independently with guidance.
