Job description

We are looking for a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to work directly with the CEO, supporting business growth, sales execution, and group-level initiatives across multiple brands.

This role is hands-on, execution-driven, and suitable for candidates who want real business exposure and a clear path into management.

You will receive hands-on coaching, real exposure to strategy, management, and leadership decision-making, and opportunities to sit in top management consultation meetings. A fast-track leadership role designed to groom future managers and senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support CEO in executing business development and growth initiatives.
  • Drive branch sales growth through execution of impactful sales strategies, promotions, campaigns, and online–offline marketing activities.
  • Support business unit setup, expansion, and project execution.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Principals, and HODs to ensure execution.
  • Track progress, identify gaps, and push actions to completion.
  • Prepare clear execution updates and performance summaries for management.
  • Support special projects and priority initiatives as assigned by CEO.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Education, or related fields.
  • 2–5 years working experience in operations, sales, marketing coordination, or project execution.
  • Strong execution, follow-up, and coordination skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
