As a Senior Executive in our Performance Marketing team, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimisation of digital campaigns that drive real business results for our brand. Your role is central to scaling our online presence, generating high-quality leads, and maximising ROI across all paid media channels.

This position involves 20% strategic planning and 30% copywriting and 50% hands‑on campaign execution, optimisation, tracking, and reporting.

What You Will Be Responsible For
  • Plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other ad platforms.
  • Develop compelling ad copies and landing page content that drive conversions.
  • Build and manage full‑funnel paid media strategies that align with business goals.
  • Implement accurate tracking (GA4, Tag Manager, pixels, events) to measure and improve campaign performance.
  • Analyse campaign data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and propose growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on creative assets, funnels, and audience targeting strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and platform changes to continuously improve campaign efficiency.
Requirements
  • 2–5 years of hands‑on experience in Performance Marketing, PPC, Lead Generation, or E‑commerce campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads) and WordPress.
  • Experience with GA4, Tag Manager, tracking implementation, and analytics dashboards.
  • Solid analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns accordingly.
  • Strong command of English (spoken and written).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related field.
  • Experience in FMCG or B2B marketing is an added advantage.
