• FE test for wafer level screening/ burn-in/ application testing
• Test plan development (Python scripting, LabView, Matlab…)

Your Profile

• Knowledge of power devices and their operation
• Exposure to wafer level & bench testing. Hands-On is a PLUS
• Statistical data analysis from FE + BE testing as well as qual data
• Backend processing knowhow
• SPO creation from product test onwards + monitoring through

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of Infineon fab data and use of statistical analysis tool JMP, Ceda and Cornerstone
• Exposure to different wide bandgap / GaN platforms and products
