Job summary

A global food and nutrition company located in Johor Bahru is seeking an EHS Executive to ensure compliance and drive improvements in Environmental, Health, and Safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of experience in EHS roles within the food manufacturing industry. Responsibilities include developing emergency response plans, monitoring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This position is pivotal in fostering a strong safety culture and operational excellence within the facility.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a Technical EHS/OSH role in multinational food manufacturing.
• Registered as a competent Safety & Health Officer.
• Knowledge of the Occupational Safety & Health Act (OSHA) 2022 required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effectiveness of the EHS Management system.
• Develop and maintain emergency response plans.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Drive yearly action plans and evaluate their effectiveness.
