We sell across multiple platforms including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and Amazon, serving both end consumers and corporate clients through customised sticker projects.

We are a startup with strong month‑on‑month growth, and this role works directly with the founder to scale our digital presence and e‑commerce performance.

Role Overview

This is a hands‑on Digital Marketing & E‑Commerce Manager role responsible for growing online sales, managing marketplaces, running digital campaigns, and building Kreative Wall’s brand presence across platforms.

You must be comfortable working in a startup environment, taking ownership, solving problems independently, and contributing beyond a fixed job scope when needed.

Key Responsibilities
E‑Commerce & Marketplace Management
  • Manage and optimise stores on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and Amazon
  • Create and optimise product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords, SEO)
  • Plan and execute platform campaigns (double‑digit sales, flash sales, vouchers)
  • Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, ROAS, and inventory coordination
  • Assist with customer chat management and marketplace enquiries when required
Digital Marketing & Paid Ads
  • Plan, execute, and optimise Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads
  • Manage ad budgets and analyse performance metrics
  • Work closely with content to improve ad creatives and conversion
Content & Social Media
  • Manage and grow Kreative Wall’s social media presence (TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
  • Plan content calendars and guide short‑form video production
  • Use Canva and basic design tools to create marketing visuals
  • Support influencer and affiliate collaborations
Brand & Growth Support
  • Support corporate/custom sticker projects and B2B initiatives
  • Assist with website optimisation, SEO, and landing pages
  • Support market expansion plans, including Indonesia (Q2 2026) and Vietnam (Q3 2026)
Requirements
  • 2–5 years experience in Digital Marketing and/or E‑Commerce
  • Strong experience with marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) is a must
  • Hands‑on experience running paid ads (Meta / TikTok / Google)
  • Comfortable with analytics, dashboards, and performance tracking
  • Able to create content using Canva (basic design skills required)
  • Self‑motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently
  • Startup mindset — flexible, proactive, and solution‑oriented
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central
  • Knowledge of SEO and website optimisation
  • Experience with creative or lifestyle brands
  • Familiarity with tools like BigSeller, CapCut, or OBS
