Job summary

A leading technology company in Malaysia seeks a Senior Application Engineer (Digital Test Support) to provide technical support and assist in testing applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in digital and optical tests, strong communication skills, and proficiency in English and Mandarin. A Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering and 8+ years of relevant experience is required. Competitive remuneration is offered between MYR 7,500 and MYR 12,000.

Qualifications

• Typically 8+ years experience in using Test & Measurement instruments.
• Knowledge of digital and/or optical tests.
• Strong understanding of high-speed digital interface tests such as PCI-E, DDR, USB, Ethernet, HDMI.

Responsibilities

• Provides pre and post-sales technical support.
• Resolves customers' technical inquiries remotely.
• Delivers start-up assistance and solution implementation.
