Senior Digital Marketing (Social Media & Ecommerce)
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive (Social Media & E-commerce) to plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing activities across social and e-commerce platforms. This role focuses on campaign execution, content direction, and performance tracking, ensuring all activities align with brand guidelines and business goals. The ideal candidate is execution-focused, data-aware, and comfortable managing multiple digital channels.
Job Responsibilities:
Social Media (Planning, Execution & Performance)
- Plan and manage social media marketing activities across platforms (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, XHS)
- Develop monthly content themes and campaign angles aligned with brand positioning and guidelines
- Work closely with content and creative teams to ensure all social content follows brand tone, messaging, and objectives
- Manage posting schedules, captions, hashtags, and basic community engagement
- Monitor social media performance and optimise based on reach, engagement, and conversion metrics
E-commerce Marketing
- Manage and optimise brand presence on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.)
- Plan and execute platform campaigns, including bundles, add-on deals, vouchers, and price mechanics
- Ensure product listings, visuals, and descriptions are accurate, updated, and conversion-focused
- Support new product launches and online promotional campaigns
- Coordinate with operations to align stock availability with campaigns
Digital Advertising & Performance
- Support execution of paid advertising on Meta, TikTok, Google (briefing, setup, basic optimisation)
- Prepare simple weekly or monthly performance reports
- Identify optimisation opportunities based on data and customer behaviour
Research & Insights
- Conduct basic market and competitor monitoring within digital channels
- Observe customer behaviour and feedback from social and e-commerce platforms
- Translate insights into actionable improvements for content, campaigns, and promotions
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or related
- Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proficient in copywriting skills. (must)
- Strong coordination and execution skils.
- Proficient in English and Chinese.
- Familiar with Meta ads, TikTok ads, or Google ads.
- Able to manage multiple online channels independently
- Organised, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
